What you'll be doing: The company is actively seeking a creative, highly talented team member for immediate employment. The primary responsibilities of this position are to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. This position is with a independent contractor agent, not with the company. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed above.

What your background should be: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Detail oriented. Proactive in problem solving. Dedicated to customer service
