What you'll be doing
- The lead generation specialist will be responsible for proactive calling or emailing to establish contact with inbound and outbound leads, as well as leads from targeted marketing campaigns to introduce them to the company and screen them for a fit using the e-ProductPlug app. Follow-up with email and phone is necessary and the progress must be documented in the CRM software. Help answer incoming sales inquiries and follow-up via phone and email with potential customers to lead them to start a trial and onboard. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
What your background should be
- Minimum 1 year experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling) phone sales experience. This position must have a strong understanding of the company and products and be able to accurately communicate the value propositions of each over the phone. The successful candidate will be professional, responsive and a motivated team player who is interested in building a career while helping to grow the business. Demonstrable writing, phone presentation and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple on-going relationships. Excellent time management, organization and follow-up skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), instant messaging and a CRM software a plus. Technically-oriented with some familiarity of the eCommerce industry a plus.
