What your background should be

3+ years general office environment work experience with high interaction with the public either in person or on the phone. 2+ years of experience with accounts in the loan rehabilitation process. Recent and regular use of Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel and Word). Expert knowledge of all applicable retention/rehabilitation requirements. Expert knowledge in how the rehabilitation tracking system works. Ability to conceptualize and convert data into possible actions. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain high accuracy in a very repetitive and narrow job scope. Ability to maintain composure under difficult interactions. Excellent personal commitment and attendance. Ability to make good use of time and maintain high productivity under limited supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word). Sit/stand/walk 8-12hr/day lift/carry/push/pull under and over 10lbs occasionally. Keying frequency, handling, reaching, fine manipulation requires.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
