What your background should be: The most suitable candidates for the District Manager position are strongly required to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Degree or related culinary degree + five or more years of culinary management and industry experience. - Ability to work within a diverse environment. - Ability to concentrate on customer and client services in order to reach success within the position. - Prior professional experience with labor cost and food control, menu development, cooking demonstration, pricing and development of culinary team strongly desired. - Contract-managed service or / and P&L accountability prior experience preferred.
