What you'll be doing
- A web technician is responsible for creating a site or pages, this includes the design, layout and coding, this can mean working on a brand new website or updating an already existing site. Producing sample sites meeting with clients to discuss requirements and project progress. Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites and keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments. Ability to use trouble shooting and problem resolution methodologies in a short period of time while adhering to assigned business segment policies and procedures and ability to make effective decisions quickly and efficiently in a deadline oriented environment.
What your background should be
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a business to business environment or technical support experience required. Ability to support web sites in live and pre-live environments on three platforms: site builder, legacy, and DNN. Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Bachelor degree
