What you'll be doing
- The HR records clerk is part of the HR operations team and maintains; archives and produces HR records. Tracks records in offsite storage; follows records retention policies. Ensures data integrity and supports compliance related activities (onsite labor law postings, government audits, legal requests, etc). Cross references data in HRIS system and other systems as required and assists in processing transactional paperwork as needed. Coordinates and possibly deliver weekly new hire orientation for onsite and remote employees. Collects and completes I-9s for local new hires, and stores the documents in company records center. The individual gets involved with litigation research and document production, on-boarding & orientation and other project support. The records clerk may provide limited input on processes or procedure updates made in support of HR operations team. The individual supports continuous improvement in HR through cross-functional integration, communication, training and consistency in key processes and programs.

Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree is preferred but not required.
