What your background should be

In this position, the Retail Sales Representative will have to demonstrate: - A hunger to master new skills and succeed in Sales. - Prior sales experience in CPG environment is strongly desired. - BS / BA Degree OR High School Diploma OR General Education Degree as well as solid related experience. - Ability to resolve problems, demonstrate negotiation and influence skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. - Efficiency working with PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel. - Motor vehicle history with two or even less violations within the last three years. - Ability to work long hours of standing, walking, bending and carry moderately heavy stuff (from 20 to 25 pounds). - Ability to visit different locations during the work day. - Ability to come to the place of work in time, to work a full schedule, work overtime as required and in a strict accordance with the company requirements.
