What you'll be doing
- The candidate is responsible for working with an installation team on store fixture installation of new stores, store remodels, store relocations and product revisions. This includes moving card departments, building fixtures and also merchandising product. This position will supervise the activities of the installation merchandiser. Responsible for managing installation budgets, travel budgets, and other costs associated with installations. This position will supervise a group of retail merchandisers within a specific geography. S/he is responsible for developing strong relationships and interacting regularly with store personnel and management as well as managing service and travel budgets. This position will onboard and train new retail merchandisers, as well as train and coach existing retail merchandisers in store service, installation, use of technology, policies/procedures and best practice work processes.
What your background should be
- The incumbent should have solid organizational and administrative skills and also be a strong team leader. Eligible to work in the United States. Able to read, understand and communicate in English. Must have transportation to report to assigned locations on time as scheduled. Able to operate hand-held technology provided. Have access to the internet and email. Able to frequently stand for a prolonged period of time. Able to regularly bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead.
Required Schooling / Training
- HS diploma/GED.
