What your background should be

Minimum 2 to 4 years of applicable retail work experience. Take initiative, follows-through and completes tasks. Should exhibit a strong customer centered focus and interest in working with people. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and is a competent public speaker. Enjoy teamwork; encourage cooperation while working with others. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, active in the community. Strong interest in working with diverse groups of people. Should have role model a friendly, cooperative attitude.

Required Schooling / Training

High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required. Associate degree preferred.
