What you'll be doing

The Call Center Agent will be required to handle the following duties: - Deliver presentations to the homeowners only. - Identify homes that require definite and clean for windows or / and siding. - Follow the American Exteriors Do Not Call Policy whenever required. - Secure all quality appointments that may be set during the shift. - Comply with the established appointment setting standards / targets. - Take part in various educational programs and trainings regarding on-the-job training, professional development and employee orientation.

What your background should be

The Call Center Agent must possess the following qualifications: - Computer literate. - Telemarketing / Sales experience. - Ability perform phone sales. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated negotiating skills as well as ability to learn. - Solid listening skills. - Typing 20 wpm.
