What you'll be doing
- This position is responsible for managing clients medical supply orders to ensure the correct products are delivered at the correct time. Coordinating supply orders with a clients service coordinator. Verifying a clients insurance eligibility. Tracking and processing internal client paperwork. Tracking paperwork sent to doctors to ensure completed information is returned. Contacting customers and performing customer satisfaction surveys. Performing other clerical or data entry duties as they arise. Performing all other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
What your background should be
- A keen attention to detail and great communication skills are very important. The best candidate will have the following: strong computer skills. Bilingual (English or Spanish).
