What you'll be doing

The client company is currently looking for an operation services leader. This position is responsible to lead annual and other activities to bring the documented process. The candidate will organize and report on budgeting activities at each process. S/he will regularly communicate process. The incumbent will provide training, manage data, schedule meetings and review. Analyze and prepare data for budget review and approval, make change to data the repository and share point system. Ensure that tasks performed. Identify new resources, policies, procedures, and forms to make the project successful. Develop sow and agreements as needed. Prepare status reports and communicate with all stakeholders. Analyze, communicate with company employees and works with fleet management company regarding recommendation on all elements of fleet management, vehicle selection, procurement, uplifting, operations, maintenance, life-cycle, vehicle performance, related expenses, disposal, dot compliance, preventative maintenance, mvrs, safety training, accident coordination, fuel program, registration, titling and reporting to agencies. Lead and administer a performance metric system and manage, administer special projects. The incumbent will perform other tasks as assigned.

What your background should be

The candidate should have strong computer skills, proficient in excel and share point, strong administrative skills, strong analytical skills, accounting skills, familiarity with fleet activities, project management skills, and strong oral and written communication skills. The incumbent should be self-starter and able to obtain successful results without direct supervision. S/he should have the ability to handle many complex issues concurrently. S/he should have strong negotiation and presentation skills including preparation of presentations. The applicant should have the ability to supervise and coordinate all the activities.
