What you'll be doing

The basic responsibilities of the Major Accounts - Outside Sales position are the following: - Professionally implement all strategies within the sales sector. - Meet the assigned sales goals in order to succeed. - Generate and implement cold calling strategy directly to the target prospects. - Link the clients business requirements to the ADP services and products. - Mine both regular and prospective customers for referral business. - Build solid network both via telephone or in person. - Set and maintain excellent clients relations.

What your background should be

Meet the essential requirements for the Major Accounts - Outside Sales role: - Two years (minimum) of outside business-to-business sales experience. - Bachelors or Associate degree. - Proficiency in presentation and selling skills, territory and prospecting management.
