What your background should be

18 years of age or older. Fluent English. Sales and outbound or inbound call center experience preferred, but not required. Strong verbal communication skills. Must learn and retain knowledge of hotels or resorts and their amenities. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills. Good team player within a target-driven environment. Attention to detail. Ability to overcome rejection. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Maintain a positive attitude.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
