What you'll be doing
- The qualified candidate will develop SDLC documents including business processes, detailed functional requirements, technical specifications etc. Provide technical writing support for functional requirements and design documents and conduct analysis of custom code to ensure that it provides the same functionality as of the latest team connect product version. Successful person must have interact with client and project stakeholders on a regular basis to determine their project needs. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis. Develop presentations in MS PowerPoint and conduct briefings to project stakeholders.
What your background should be
- 7 years of relevant work experience as a business documentation, systems analysis, process flow and process modeling. Must be experienced in conducting user acceptance testing and regression testing.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
