Cisco Certified Network Associate

What you'll be doing: Attend training to help the pre-sales team become experts on the company pre-sales process. Partner on a case by case basis with internal resources and be a team player, partner with internal resources to help find the best solutions to customer business challenges. Take initiative to learn technologies, new offerings and products as available. Perform customer relationship management. Assist sales team in growing relationships with new and current customers to develop additional business as well as ensure a high level of satisfaction.

What your background should be: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with switching, routing, voice, security and other technology products and solutions. Technical and product knowledge is necessary. Must possess experience to analyze customer business requirements and develop creative solutions as well as utilize internal resources to complete solution sales. Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Must have the ability to accept constructive criticism, maintain and develop positive team unity and the ability to understand rules and procedures. Cisco CCNA certification required.
