What you'll be doing
- The selected candidate for the Sr Financial Analyst role will be required to provide financial decision support to stakeholders concentrated on maximizing return and minimizing risk of program profit. Besides, the most suitable individual for the Sr Financial Analyst position will manage financial requirements and execution for a great range of Warfighter Protection programs. Plus, our representative will also support Program Manager and Program Director, as well as Intergrate Program Team with accurate and detailed financial analysis of all program costs in the process of financial status communication to all organization levels. The basic activities for the Sr Financial Analyst position: - Take responsibility for financial close for program profit recognition on a monthly basis. - Start Up and Close Out of the program. - Provide competent support for proposal business / efforts case models. - Work on yearly program operating plans. - Develop program Estimate at Complete budgets as well as total program performance analysis. - Forecast material and labor levels for the overhead rate absorption. - Cope with the other duties as required by the company.
What your background should be
- The Sr Financial Analyst position requires the following qualifications and skills: - Solid communication skills needed to handle significant interaction with Program Directors, Project Managers and a wide range of the other support and functional organizations. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance and four years (as minimum) of previous experience within the related area. - Demonstrated MS Office experience (Excel, Word are a must). - Solid analytical and research capabilities. - Ability to identify problems in order to provide the most suitable solutions to solve them. - Great critical thinking abilities.
