What you'll be doing
- We are glad to offer a home-like atmosphere for the Case Manager position at our company. The individual will be required to assist with resource acquisition, discharge planning, benefits as well as make connections. The Case Manager will also serve as a liaison to schools and all the other community resources.
What your background should be
- We are on the lookout for an individual with Bachelors Degree in social work or any other related area + one year of previous family and youth services experience
