- Our company is seeking a Client Services Rep / Medical Records to process medical records at our department. Besides, the chosen candidate will also answer phone calls, verify authorization for HIPAA compliance on release of information requests, fax request, scan medical records and data entry.

- If youre applying for the Client Services Rep / Medical Records position, make sure to comply with the following demands: - Awareness of all the HIPAA guidelines + ability to learn and put the guidelines in practice is a must. - Solid clerical skills in office environment. - Exceptional communication skills. - High School Education. - Ability to cope with the HIPAA exam. - Prior Medical Records ROI experience. - Valid drivers license, reliable insurance and transportation, exceptional customer service skills.
