What you'll be doing

Executive Assistant Job responsibilities involve attend phones, emails and other correspondence, and support the executive in the development and monitoring of the capital budget for their respective areas of control. The qualified applicant will be expected for supporting the executive with the administrative aspects of personnel management. The person will interact patients' families, attorneys, insurance companies, physicians and other vendors/customers. Moreover the Executive Assistant will work independently and creatively with strong organizational and task management skills.
