What you'll be doing

Restaurant Manager will assist restaurant and bar guests with friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, strong price value and consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment. Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the creation and development of an annual marketing plan to penetrate new sales opportunities and maximize use within existing markets. Further duties involve personnel development goals and meeting the company's financial goals. Restaurant Manager also will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining workers; addressing complaints and resolving issues.
