What you'll be doing

The position holder will help Community Director with the operational and financial aspects of a property. The person will supervise and handle the process of rent collection, maintenance, delinquency, and other accounting responsibilities as required. Assistant Manager will be answerable for assisting with vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, vendor relations and certifications of insurance. The incumbent will submit all approved invoices to corporate office for payment. She/he will also have the responsibility to execute duties of a Leasing Professional when directed and/or required. Additionally, the person will help in executing physical inspections of the property and verify condition of vacant apartments.
