What you'll be doing

The qualified applicant will have full duty for supervising the daily operations at an assigned property which involves: supervision, training and development of assigned associates to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community while maintaining the property in good physical condition and appearance. The Property Manager will conduct and actively participate in vendor management i.e. negotiate contracts, delinquencies, etc. The ideal candidate will execute related administrative functions; such as, preparation of reports, processing of forms and documents, preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, performance of all duties related to the purchase of goods and supplies; processing of all associate forms and documents; scheduling associate work time and leave time.

3-5 years of work experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED

Manages multifamily assets and provides services of receivership, construction management, and assessment.
