What you'll be doing

Theideal candidate will be liable for executing professional human resources work in a variety of concentrations, involving employee relations, staffing, special projects and some administrative duties. Human Resources Rep will work closely with Leadership in a proactive approach to ensure the right associates are in the right jobs and are fully engaged and properly developed to provide sustained business success. The person will advice employees and leadership on interpretation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Investigates associate complaints and works with local Human Resources Manager to resolve.

1-3 years of human resources generalist

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
