What you'll be doing

Restaurant Manager is expected for managing the overall operations of the restaurant and in building strong teams that provide excellent customer service to our guests. The person will recruit, select, train and develop restaurant employees. The individual will also utilize management information tools to examine restaurant operation and financial performance. The position holder will Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety. She/he will serve as a strong role model who motivate and inspire employees. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will maintain ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement; monitoring food presentation and service.

3+ years of experience in managing a service

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree
