- Job functions and Requirements for this post involve: Assume responsibility for store location and its success in partnership with Store Manager and Supervisors to effectively lead the store. Assistant Manager will be answerable for building and maintaining a successful team through effective recruiting, hiring, consistent leadership, and communication across the business. The person will develop a store succession plan through networking, recruiting, individual and team development. Assistant Manager will examine the business, drive and perform company and store initiatives according to established timelines and standards and strive for operational excellence. She/he will obtain key metric results through managing effectively and recognizing people.
What your background should be
- 2-5 years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
