What you'll be doing
- The General Manager is expected for all store operations within their individual location, including the sales, finance, and service departments, along with the building and lot facilities. In this role the General Manager will lead and directs all store team members to execute the necessary functions to create and maintain a successful, profitable location while giving our customers a positive experience. It is the function of the General Manager to direct, train, and administer the Service Manager to ensure the service team is efficiently reconditioning vehicles and accurately diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles in a timely manner, while ensuring service processes and policies are followed. Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager on service-related matters.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of experience in customerservice related industry
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree
Who is the client company
- Sells used cars at higher than average interest rates to those who do not qualify for financing at a traditional dealership.
