What you'll be doing

The Account Manager will be liable for the day-to-day management of the organization's clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will be the point of contact, and provide customer support, upselling, technical assistance and general relationship management. Account Manager will report directly to the Account Manager Team Lead. It is the answerability of the qualified candidate to maximize market intelligence of health benefits industry to drive business forward. The Account Manager will interact with other departments to resolve issues, and determine renewal, referral and sales opportunities. Moreover the Account Manager will actively take part in all aspects of the company's customer life cycle.
