What you'll be doing
- Responsible for providing leadership, motivation, direction and training to branch team to serve customers profitably. Branch Manager will fulfill or exceed total sales, GE sales, net income and asset management targets. The qualified applicant will make decisions based on their market and community, and develop plans to increase their customer base. The Branch Manager will have direct responsibility in increasing revenues and profitability. The position holder will direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales. Moreover, the person will develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
What your background should be
- 2-4 years of leadership experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
