What you'll be doing

In this position, the person will support in oversight of the Accounting operation under the guidance of the Financial Controller. The Accounting Clerk will execute professional accounting duties to maintain control over expenses, income, assets and liability of the hotel to ensure the security of the assets of the company/hotel. The person will handle lower level accounting staff. Assist the Financial Controller with preparation of the Budget, Strategic Plan and Goals program. She/he will perform or help in the performance of month-end closing. Input and reconcile all income for closing. The Accounting Manager will also prepare reports, verify Trial Balance, and run Financial Statements for management review.

What your background should be

2+ years of hotel accounting experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree

Who is the client company

Leads both resort and urban hotels in Spain.
