What you'll be doing
- It is the accountability of the Data Entry Specialist to interact with the Customer Service Group to support in the various data entry needs in processing customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders. This position will act as the liaison between the Customer Service Group, Customers, and vendors in various facets of the business to ensure products needed are ordered and received, all customer needs are met and that legendary service is provided. The successful applicant will enter customer orders, purchase orders, field service orders, or billing information in system on a daily basis. Further the person will determine and introduce new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in the operation.
What your background should be
- 1+ years of experience in data entry
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
Who is the client company
- Provides Services in Aluminum Extrusion Assemblies, CAD Documentation, Pneumatic Assemblies and field services.
