What you'll be doing
- This job will oversee internal event planning and preparation, and provide assistance to the Events Team as delegated by the Events Director. Internal Events Coordinator will be responsible for preparing check requests, maintaining budget tracking spread sheet, processing and tracking invoices, and creating, logging, and tracking expense reports. It is the duty of the Internal Events Coordinator to plan and coordinate internal practice group meetings, seminars, celebrations, and events. Additionally, the Internal Events Coordinator will coordinate technology needs, catering, materials, and other logistical support for internal events.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of event coordination
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
Who is the client company
- Offers extensive experience in its litigation and business sections, covering a wide range of disciplines from corporate law to intellectual property through real estate law.
