What you'll be doing

As a Restaurant Manager, the ideal candidate will spend her/his day running a fast paced, high volume, quick service kitchen. Successful Restaurant Managers will simultaneously focus on motivating crew members, controlling costs and building sales. This individual will meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. The successful candidate will publicize the restaurant by designing and placing advertisements; inviting food editors to review the restaurant; contacting local, regional, and national magazines with feature ideas; encouraging local businesses to hold social events at the restaurant.

2-3 years of restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
