What you'll be doing
- This position is responsible for executing day-to-day accounting activities, which involve to: processing worker expense reports and vendor invoices, re-examining and maintaining of the general ledger, preparing reports and statements, and offering general support to the accounting department. The Accounting Clerk will balance and maintain various general ledger activities, which include accrued expenses, accounts payable, and demand deposit accounts as it relates to the accounting department. The position holder will be answerable for reviewing of vendor invoices and workers expenses to determine their proper distribution and subsequent payment, and preparing management reports for other departments.
What your background should be
- 1 year of bookkeeping experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree
