What you'll be doing
- The main responsibility for this job is to serve as administrator for online performance review system, learning management system, and applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate information flow and processes. Human Resources coordinator will provide training and troubleshooting assistance to employees. The qualified candidate will be expected for coordinating day-to-day administration of benefits for US and internationally-based staff members. The person will process enrollments, changes and terminations of participants in all benefit plans and programs, and maintain benefits files. To orient new employees on benefits, and respond to benefits-related inquiries from employees, is the job function for this post.
What your background should be
- 2 years of related experience in human resources
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
