What you'll be doing

In collaboration with the TUSM OCE Project Administrator, Assistant Director, and the Director of Finance and Administration, the Project Coordinator will work directly with course directors, planning committee members, faculty, participants, commercial supporters, exhibitors, event logistics vendors, and medical education companies, as necessary, to arrange various aspects of continuing education programming and logistics, The ideal candidate will be chargeable for organizing and maintaining activity files and databases to ensure accuracy; assist in the design and updating of planning forms or other CE forms for data entry. This individual will participate selected RSS and live activities and sample selected enduring and journal-based activities to promote good participant experience and further the quality improvement mission of the TUSM OCE.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED/Bachelor's degree
