What you'll be doing

The Property Manager has full responsibility for administering the daily operations at an assigned property which includes: supervision, training and development of assigned associates to attain the financial and occupancy objectives of the community while maintaining the property in good physical condition and appearance. The Successful candidate will be liable for overall staff management, hire, train, performance improvement [disciplinary], performance evaluations [development] and empower staff to build a cohesive team to achieve the property

3-5 years of related experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED/Bachelor's degree

Who is the client company

Provides multifamily services including property management, asset management, and consulting.
