What you'll be doing

In this role, the person will be responsible for all aspects of the store business. Support responsibilities may include purchasing, receiving, packing orders, deliveries, sourcing and inventory management as required to assure success of the business. The General Manager will develop and train others to achieve optimal business results as well as personal objectives. It is the task of the qualified applicant to develop and perform a sales plan in a local territory to reach/exceed business goals. In addition, the incumbent will effectively communicate business statistics & progress toward goals to motivate the performance of others. To, execute all aspects of running a small business as required, is also the job function for this post.

Associate's degree
