What you'll be doing
- The Office Manager is expected to assist all functions and systems that are in place to ensure an optimally functioning medical office environment. Administrative functions include: support of all practice operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff, must maintain a professional demeanor in dress and communications both written and oral, address patient complaints, address physician requests. The ideal applicant will be accountable for providing reconciliation, banking and oversee billing, ordering of supplies, initiating payment for Accounts Payable requisitions, adhere to OSHA and HIPAA standards as they relate to the practice inclusive of Disposal of Bio-hazardous waste and storage of medications.

- 2 years of office management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
