What you'll be doing

The role of the Data Analyst is to provide technical skills and expertise to extracting, analyzing, and transforming data used in the administration of employee benefit plans (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Health and Welfare plans). It is the accountability of the Data Analyst to process Improvements- Actively take part in or lead assigned process improvement initiatives within allocated resource effort, and determine and promote to management team additional process improvement opportunities. The Data Analyst will be responsible for proposing and obtaining approval from consultant and/or client to create, program, test and apply correction strategies, new audit routines and changes to data flows (i.e. SCF submissions). The person will create/deliver data reporting and/or proposals and supporting documentation (i.e. population files, sample corrections) in client ready manner.
