What you'll be doing
- Help Desk Specialist will be expected for providing assistance to the organization, division, and peers as a critical function of all IT professionals. Support involves day-to-day peer level support, emergent after hours support, and any support required to maintain highly reliable IT systems. The ideal candidate will monitor and report status on systems to IT staff and timely escalates problematic events. She/he will conduct actions to troubleshoot, suspend and/or engage appropriate workgroups, users or systems. Moreover, this role will provide reports and current updates on monitored systems.

- 03 years of computer experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
