What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will determine and resolves the customers issues and anticipates future needs by explaining/suggesting/providing additional information that the customer needs to know. The person will navigate in a Windows based system through a series of databases in order to access the appropriate information to service the customer. It is the responsibility of the Call Center Representative to research information and calls the customer back as needed. The person will receive calls from clients employees, processing transactions, answering their questions, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries that may be related to their health, savings, retirement plans, or other human resource-related services (i.e.

- 6 months-1 year call center experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
