What you'll be doing

The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring each Guest at Brick House Tavern + Tap receives a personalized, memorable experience on every visit. The Restaurant Manager achieves this by ensuring Servers, Hosts and Bussers uphold our standards, execute Perfect Food and Exceptional Beverages, and provide Haute Service to our Guests. It is the responsibility of the position holder to arrange, supervise and follow up on training programs involving Servers, Hosts, and Bussers. The ideal candidate will ensure each Guest receives Perfect Food, Exceptional Beverages, and Haute Service. The person will follow correct processes and procedures for cash handling, processing checkouts, and safe drops.

What your background should be

3 years of restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
