What you'll be doing
- It is the responsibility of the Help Desk Technician to analyze the problem at hand to determine the appropriate fix which may include either fixing the issue yourself, escalating to a senior technician, or creating a vendor ticket. Help Desk Associate will be liable for assisting in interpretation, evaluation and resolution of issues pertaining to the functional operation of application hardware and software products. She/he will have the duty to communicate technical information to customers using everyday terms they will understand. Furthermore, the incumbent will resolve customer desktop issues utilizing your customer service and technical skills or route the issue to the appropriate team.
What your background should be
- 2+ years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- BS degree in computer science
