What you'll be doing
- The primary role of the Technical Writer involve the development and maintenance of the Customer Care and Experience department letter templates, and system of record letter automation and log. Additionally, the Technical Writer will be accountable for developing and maintaining the Compliance 360 system templates used for logging and tracking department cases. The successful candidate will prepare and assist with preparation, coordination, copyediting, and proofing of drafted responses in connection with our compliance and legal departments. The Technical Writer will develop and maintain templates by applying the appropriate levels of editorial treatment to the template type including scope, content, tone and production source.
