- The Service Manager will be accountable for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering the Fitness Service Promise; supervise a clean, friendly and well maintained club. It is the accountability of the Service Manager to ensure that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code friendliness and cleanliness. The person will hire, train and develop a strong team of Service Representative and Kids
