Full Time Business Analyst

What you'll be doing: We are in need of a competent Full Time Business Analyst, who will be required to translate user requirements regarding the technical developers and vice versa. The candidate that will be picked for the Full Time Business Analyst position will work directly with the Project Manager, creating technical design documents, gathering requirements, creating test plans, writing functional specifications and performing end-user training.

What your background should be: Our company is on the lookout for the Full Time Business Analyst with the following skills and qualifications: - Solid knowledge of software development terminology and languages. - Ability to translate the software development terminology for the company clients as needed. - Previous experience working in a Business Analyst position within the software development environment. - Prior experience in a service industry, such as Healthcare, Financial or Insurance is highly required. - Strong analytical skills with exceptional communication (oral and written) as well as problem solving skills.
