What you'll be doing
- Our company is now searching for a qualified Network Engineer to deal with the following responsibilities: - Provide administrative scripts as required utilizing various tools such as DOS Batch File, MS Windows Script Host (WSH) and VB Script. - Render technical support services and expertise for the implementation of technology as proposed by AF stakeholders, MS and AF operators. - Collaborate with the representatives of the Client Support Technician (CST) and Information Assurance teams in order to apply security patches as well as implement new comply on connect initiatives to guarantee compliance with all the Compliance Order requirements. - Handle the other specific duties as required.
What your background should be
- The Network Engineer position requirements include: - Previous experience in managing and maintaining update technologies on many different network elements, including MS Patch Management Services, Windows Operating Systems as well as the other applications that the customer may manage, - From five years of previous experience in configuring, installing, administering, troubleshooting and managing backup and recovery applications and processes with Apple, UNIX and LINUX systems. - Secret security clearance is highly desired.
