What you'll be doing
- Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Help Desk Analyst will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. It is the duty of the Help Desk Analyst to resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Furthermore, she/he will respond to queries either in person or over the phone, maintain daily performance of computer systems, and ask questions to determine nature of problem.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of prior experience in technical support role
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree

- Produces fault tolerant computer servers. The company moved into the telecommunications industry, particularly in the area of network management and custom services.
