What you'll be doing
- The Office Manager will be expected for all day-to-day operations of the office, including physician and provider scheduling, nursing management, laboratory and radiology testing, diagnostic testing, medical records and transcription, patient flow. The Office Manager will be accountable for patient satisfaction, accounts receivable and cash management, personnel management and development, staff scheduling, and all systems support, including telephone system. It is the function for this job to maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
